Our mill is named after the village in which is located - Rynek.
We produce wheat, rye and spelt flour, including einkorn and emmer flour, as well as bran.
These flours are produced from carefully selected grains, also from eco-farms.
Our products are 100% natural, they do not contain enhancers or enzymes that improve baking properties, nor do they contain bleaching agents - there is 100% flour in our flour :)
